Forever Athlete (Adult fitness)

Regardless of our age or experience, sport or activity, goals or history, every BODY is an athlete. Are you looking to get your overall health better? Have you always wanted to train like an athlete? Are you looking to get off the meds and get into better shape? Be able to enjoy basic physical activity with your kids? Are you a former athlete and miss the good ol days and want to get back into that lifestyle?

If you answered yes to any of those, our Forever Athlete classes are for you.

Our classes will help you unleash your inner athlete and guide you on a path of lifelong fitness and health. Our SP coaches will lead you through a daily dynamic warm up – movements that will help improve your overall speed and agility, coordination, balance, and cardiovascular capacity. Then the class will transition to strength-based exercises, midline, athletic development, mobility exercises and a cool down to finish. With proper planning and structure we incorporate all these aspects of training within the hour to maximize your session with us.
